I’ve been wishing on stars, crossing my fingers, saying silent prayer after silent prayer and it seems as though the powers at be- couldn’t tell you if it’s God, karma, the mystic universe etc.- but whomever, has finally paid back the endless selfless acts of generosity and kindness I’ve been giving out. As cliche as it sounds the things you need the most tend to come when you least expect it. I’ve never been more thankful and grateful for another human being for as long as i can remember.
